If you could interview anyone in the world, who would it be and why?
Vijay Shekhar Sharma
He is the Founder of one of the Indian unicorns - Paytm and the only Indian company who has Warren Buffet as one of the investors. I am a big fan of Vijay Shekhar. In his interviews or conclave sessions, you will every time learn & know about new things. One of his excerpts that has stayed with me: You don't need to be worried/afraid of rising competition as the industry is not a zero sum game. As more players come in the market, the customers become savvier with the platform. There cannot be "winner takes it all situation". Hope to one day meet Vijay Shekhar Sharma, spending quality time note down some healthy business tips.
What hobbies do you have?
Hobbies include, playing cricket, listening to cricket interactions & conclaves, having a jam even though I sing the worst ;)
What's your favourite book?
Not much of an avid reader. The recent book that I liked is "Stories at Work" by Indranil Chakraborty.

I love hearing Pop music.
If you are currently learning something, what is it?
Had just started swimming sessions (March 2020) but courtesy of Covid it came to a halt. Since January been doing table tennis sessions.

What first interested you in using Umbraco CMS?
Learnt about Umbraco CMS when I joined the present company (Giriraj Digital). It was after couple of weeks that my CTO gave an insight about what & how Umbraco is as a CMS. The thing that anybody can manage content from the back office so smoothly is what I liked at the first instance. From thereon, the interest in Umbraco began & still is.
How long have you been using Umbraco CMS?
It's been 3 years now.
If you could change one thing in Umbraco, what would it be?
Well can't suggest that, being in the non-technical side of the community :) I'd say it's the people at the HQ & our friendliest community members who are passionately contributing to make the CMS a great one.
Do you use any other CMS? How does it compare to Umbraco CMS?
Yes as a company, we do work on WordPress as well but that is more like for small businesses & budget friendly clients. Other than that, primarily we use & recommend the Umbraco CMS for longevity, hassle free back-office management, security, the in-built SEO packages in the newer version, etc..
What packages do you use regularly?
We generally do not use any packages. It depends on client needs if they have any specific requests for the packages then we can use it. We have used many packages i.e. Vendr, SEO checker, 1902 SEO, and many more.
Do you build packages? If so, which ones?
Yes, we build packages in Umbraco.
